Student Success Profile 2004: Yoel Cassell
Yoel Cassell graduated from the dance program at the Mercer County Performing Arts High School in 1993 and continued his education at the Boston Conservatory. After receiving his BFA in dance, Mr. Cassell danced and performed with Chen and Dancers and has recently completed filming the feature film “What Alice Found.” He appeared on television in PBS’s “Shining Time Station” and as a featured dancer in “Never Saw Another Butterfly.” His choreographer images have been presented by the Northwestern University Dance Department in Chicago and Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. He is currently the resident choreographer for the Shadowbox Theatre in New York City and the Walnut Hill School in Massachusetts.
