Kate Klimas graduated as valedictorian from the culinary arts program at Sussex County Technical School in 1999.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition summa cum laude and her Master of Arts in Nutrition Education from Immaculata University. Kate received the Fashion, Food, and Nutrition department award, and also was recipient of the University’s service for social justice award.Â
Kate became a registered dietitian and worked for Christiana Care Health System. She is currently employed by the Reading Hospital and Medical Center as a clinical dietitian for the brain injury and maternity floors.
