Culinary Arts
Dana Semenoro is a 1997 graduate of the Union County Vocational-Technical School District's culinary arts program.
Upon graduation, Dana earned a scholarship to attend the culinary arts program at Hudson County Community College, where she earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree, summa cum laude, was named to Who's Who in American Junior Colleges, and received the 1999 National Restaurant Association's Salute to Excellence Award. She received a bachelor's degree from Farleigh Dickinson University in Hospitality Management.
For ten years, she served as food production coordinator for "Let's Cook with Paul Dillon" on CN8. She currently is a general manager for SODEXHO Food Service Corporation.
