Business Partners: MSNBC and Hudson County Schools of Technology
Jason Bube is a 3D Animator in the graphics department at the MSNBC cable news channel where he is a part of the team that designs and implements the look and feel of the network. Mr. Bube serves on the school advisory committee, offers one-on-one consultation on individual student project, and often provides expert guidance when tough problems are presented by students. He provides tours of the MSNBC corporate facility in Secaucus and conducts workshops demonstrating software applications used on the job and at High Tech High School. By sharing his expertise and experience with High Tech students, Mr. Bube has inspired students to see computer graphics as a career.
Since taking the position with MSNBC, Jason has won several awards for excellence in animation design including an Emmy nomination in 2003 and most recently a Broadcast Design Association Gold Award in 2005 for work done on a commercial for the MSNBC network.
